Pet Supplies Plus, who entered the Greater Cincinnati market
in April with a store in Blue Ash, will open its first store in the
commonwealth of Kentucky this fall.The
new 8,500 square foot store will be located in the Kroger Marketplace-anchored
Independence Town Center.Livonia, MI-based Pet Supplies Plus is a privately
held company with over 260 stores in 23 states.The Greater Cincinnati stores are corporately owned and operated, though
nationwide 50% of the stores are operated by franchisees.

Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group, LLC brokered the deal and handles the
local real estate representation for Pet Supplies Plus in the Greater
Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio areas in cooperation with Pet Supplies Plus master
broker, Brian Kerr, of Pittsburgh, PA-based Langholz Wilson Ellis.
Bowdeya Tweh, who covers real estate, retail and development
for the Cincinnati Enquirer, reported today that OnSite Retail Group client, T.J.
Maxx, will open a new 35,000 square foot store in Kenwood in the former Barnes
& Noble space at Sycamore Plaza.
