Pet Supplies Plus expanding in Dayton, returning to Cincinnati market

OnSite Retail Group’s Scott Saddlemire recently represented Pet Supplies Plus in two new leases – one in the Cincinnati area in Blue Ash at the Kroger-anchored Blue Ash Commons retail center, and the second one on the east side of Dayton in Beavercreek, OH in the Walmart Supercenter-anchored Fairfield Crossing shopping center.  The new 8,148 square foot store in Blue Ash marks the return of Pet Supplies Plus to the Cincinnati area.  The new Blue Ash store will be the company’s first corporately-owned and operated store in the region.  Stores previously operated in the Cincinnati area were franchise owned and operated.  Livonia, MI-based Pet Supplies Plus is a privately held company with over 250 stores in 23 states.


Scott Saddlemire of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group, LLC handles the local representation for Pet Supplies Plus in the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio areas in cooperation with Pet Supplies Plus master broker, Brian Kerr, of Pittsburgh, PA-based Langholz Wilson Ellis.


Scott Saddlemire brokers Shepherdsville, KY deal for Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Valvoline Instant Oil Change recently closed on the purchase of a .51 acre parcel in Shepherdsville, KY, just south of Louisville, where the Lexington, KY-based company plans to build a new 3-bay oil change facility.  The site is next-door to Frisch’s on Adam Shepherd Parkway and directly across the street from Kroger.  Scott Saddlemire of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented Valvoline in the transaction.

The new store will be the Valvoline’s first in Shepherdsville and the company’s 22nd in the Louisville area.  Valvoline Instant Oil Change is a division of Covington, KY-based Ashland, Inc. (NYSE: ASH), a Fortune 500 company conducting business in over 100 countries worldwide. Valvoline Instant Oil Change is the second-largest quick-lube chain in the United States with more than 860 stores nationwide and growing.

Highland Pointe welcomes Sprint & Firehouse Subs

Highland Pointe, the new retail center in Highland Heights, KY is now home to a new Sprint store and soon to be the new home of a Firehouse Subs restaurant.  Highland Pointe, developed by Terre Haute, IN-based Thompson Thrift Development, is leased by Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group.
