Cincinnati Enquirer’s Polly Campbell: Blaze opens in Mason with free pizza

Polly Campbell, food writer and restaurant reviewer for the Cincinnati Enquirer, posted today the announcement that Blaze Pizza will offer free pizza this Saturday, May 10^th, at their first Cincinnati area location in Deerfield Township.  KristineDavidson of OnSite Retail Group represented Blaze Pizza in the transaction.  The new restaurant is located at 9341 South Mason Montgomery Road, just south of the Deerfield Town Center.

Mattress Warehouse represented by OnSite Retail Group in new Western Hills lease

Mattress Warehouse is growing in Cincinnati, having recently signed a lease for a new store in the Western Hills regional trade area at the corner of Glenway Avenue and Werk Road.  The deal was  brokered by OnSiteRetail Group’s Scott Saddlemire.  AndrewFeinblatt, also of OnSite Retail Group, represented the owner BSM Glenway, LLC.  Mattress Warehouse will open a 4,100 square foot store at Tri-County Towne Center in Springdale, directly opposite Tri-County Mall.  The new 4,800 square foot store at 6115 Glenway Avenue will be located directly across the street from Western Hills Plaza.

Winfield, WV-based Innovative Mattress Solutions, doing business as Mattress Warehouse, Sleep Outfitters and Mattress King, operates over 150 stores across Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee & Alabama.

ALDI celebrates opening of new Colerain Avenue store

Grocery industry giant ALDI opened its newest Greater Cincinnati store on May 1^st in Colerain Shopping Center at 9490 Colerain Avenue in Colerain Township, directly opposite Northgate Mall.  The new 17,500 square foot store replaces the company’s former location at 2550 W. Galbraith Road.  Andrew Feinblatt of OnSite Retail Group represented ALDI in the transaction.  Feinblatt is also handling the disposition of ALDI’s former location.  The 14,860 square foot store located at 2550 W. GNC signs lease at Parkside in Frankfort, KY

GeneralNutrition Corporation (GNC) will be opening a new store in phase two of the Parkside development in Frankfort, KY.  Parkside is being developed by Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison & Company.  Andrew Feinblatt of Cincinnati-based OnSiteRetail Group represented GNC in the new lease of 1,400 square feet.

OnSite Retail Group represents developer in Glenway Avenue acquisition, redevelopment

Andrew Feinblatt and Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group represented Nashville, TN-based developer, Baker Storey McDonald Properties in the acquisition of 6115 Glenway Avenue in Westwood.  The .67-acre site, located at the northwest corner of Glenway Avenue & Werk Road, is one of the highest profile properties along Glenway Avenue in the Western Hills regional trade area.  The northern portion of the site will be redeveloped.  Demolition is currently underway to clear the site for construction of a new 4,800 square foot store for Mattress Warehouse, also an OnSite Retail Group client represented by Feinblatt and Saddlemire.
