OnSite Retail Group represents Supercuts in new Lexington, KY location

Supercuts is gearing up for a new salon in Lexington at Chevy Chase Shoppes, the multi-tenant retail center currently under construction on Euclid Avenue in the Chevy Chase neighborhood. 

The new 1,440 square foot salon offers customers the latest Supercuts prototype design. Supercuts was represented in the lease by Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group, LLC, based in Cincinnati.  The new salon at Chevy Chase Shoppes will mark the 6^th Supercuts salon in Lexington.

Supercuts, a division of Minneapolis, MN-based Regis Corporation, operates more than 2,400 no-appointment-required salons across the U.S.  In addition to providing a range of hair services including men’s haircuts, women’s haircuts, kids' haircuts, color services, and waxing, Supercuts also offers professional haircare products at affordable prices with product lines including Paul Mitchell, Biolage, Redken, American Crew, Nioxin, and more.

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market coming to Anderson Twp.

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market will once again add to their Greater Cincinnati store count with the addition of a new store in 2016 in Anderson Township on the east side of Cincinnati.  The specialty grocer recently signed a lease for a new 28,847 square foot store at 7910 Beechmont Avenue in Pinnacle Plaza.  Fresh Thyme currently operates two stores in Greater Cincinnati - in Oakley and in Symmes Township - and a third store will open early next year in Newport, KY.

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is a full-service specialty retailer focusing on value-priced fresh, healthy, natural and organic offerings. It boasts an extensive produce department with organic and local fruits and vegetables, a natural meat department, healthy deli foods to go, bakery goods, 400 bulk food bins, dairy and frozen, and health supplement products. Abroms of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group, LLC represented Fresh Thyme Farmers Market in the new lease with SDG Beechmont, LLC, the owner of the shopping center.  Abroms also represented Fresh Thyme in the Oakley, Symmes Township and Newport, KY leases, and in addition to the Greater Cincinnati market represents the grocer in Columbus and Dayton, OH. 

Supercuts to open at Liberty Shops

Supercuts is set to open the doors at another new salon in Greater Cincinnati at Liberty Shoppes, 6876 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, #102, in Liberty Township next-door to Kroger Marketplace.  The salon is slated to open in December; a grand opening is planned for January 22^nd.

OnSite Retail Group represents Pet Supplies Plus in Ft. Mitchell, KY deal

Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group recently brokered a deal to bring a new Pet Supplies Plus store to Expressway Plaza in Ft. Mitchell, KY.  Edgewood, KY-based Pet Supplies Plus franchisee, Jocko Enterprises, Inc., signed a lease with Expressway Plaza, LLC on a 10,000 square foot space in the Kroger Marketplace-anchored shopping center located at Dixie Highway and I-75 in Ft. Mitchell, a northern Kentucky suburb of Cincinnati.

The new store, expected to open in late 2015, will be the first Pet Supplies Plus store for Jocko Enterprises and the seventh overall for Pet Supplies Plus in the Greater Cincinnati area.  Livonia, MI-based Pet Supplies Plus is a privately held company with 300 stores in 23 states.
