Buffalo Wild Wings celebrates grand reopening in Westerville

Buffalo Wild Wings opened its first “Project Stadia” prototype concept restaurant in the Greater Columbus area on March 7th in the Polaris retail market in Westerville.  Eric M. Abroms of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented Buffalo Wild Wings in the lease transaction. 

Buffalo Wild Wings, the Minneapolis, MN-based restaurant chain opened the new 6,000 square foot freestanding restaurant at Westar Towne Center.  Buffalo Wild Wings seized the opportunity to move from a nearby endcap space and relocate to the new freestanding Project Stadia prototype restaurant at 807 Polaris Parkway.  Westar Towne Center is a new retail center anchored by another OnSite Retail Group client, Fresh Thyme Farmers Market.  Buffalo Wild Wings, founded in Columbus in 1982, operates 13 restaurants in the Greater Columbus market, and more than 1,130 Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates and the Philippines.

Northern Kentucky Tribune: ALDI Food Market’s new, improved stores in Northern Kentucky

Northern Kentucky Tribune posted a great article by blogger, Christine Luken, today about three fabulous new Aldi stores in Northern Kentucky.  OnSiteRetail Group client, Aldi, recently opened a new store in Florence at the corner of Houston Road & Ted Bushelman Blvd., and another in Newport at the corner of Carothers Road and Monmouth Street.  On April 4th, the new Independence store will open at 2000 Harris Pike, at the intersection of Madison and Harris Pikes.  In all three lease transactions, Aldi was represented by Andrew Feinblatt of OnSite Retail Group, based in Blue Ash, OH.  Click the link below and read how, as Christine Luken explains, “Aldi is taking the world by storm”.

Lexington Herald-Leader: Fresh Thyme Farmers Market coming to Lexington

Janet Patton of Lexington Herald-Leader reported today that Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is planning to open their first store in Central Kentucky at Crossroads Shopping Center at the corner of Nicholasville Road and E. Reynolds Road, catty-corner from Fayette Mall.  Fresh Thyme will backfill the former OfficeMax space.

Downers Grove, IL-based Fresh Thyme was represented in the lease transaction by Eric Abroms and Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group, based in the Cincinnati suburb of Blue Ash, OH.  OnSite Retail Group is representing the grocery chain in their expansion in Northern Kentucky as well, and also in Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus.  Please click the link below to read Janet Patton’s full story:

Dayton Business Journal: New Dollar Tree coming to Dayton region
