OnSite Retail Group completes leases at 32 East

         


Joshua M. Rothstein and Kristine Davidson of OnSite RetailGroup recently completed a 10-year lease with Carter’s at 32 East in the Eastgate retail market on the east side of Cincinnati.  Carter’s, the retailer of children’s clothing, gifts and accessories, will occupy a 4,000 square-foot endcap space adjacent to Kirkland’s at 690 Eastgate South Drive.  Payless ShoeSource also signed a lease at 32 East for a new 6,000 square-foot Payless Super Store in a deal brokered by Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group.  The new Payless Super Store will be the first Super Store for the Topeka, KS-based retailer in the Greater Cincinnati area.  The new store is expected to open in the Spring of 2017.  The 32 East shopping center is owned by PEBB Enterprises of Boca Raton, FL.

Dayton Business Journal: Two tenants negotiating for space in new Middletown retail center

Kaitlin Schroeder, staff reporter for the Dayton Business Journal, reported on Monday, July 11 that Buffalo Wild Wings and Aspen Dental have been announced as new tenants in a multi-tenant retail center currently under construction on an outlot of Towne Mall Galleria in Middletown, OH. The new 12,700 square-foot retail center is a development by Nashville, TN-based BSM Middletown, LLC. Andrew Feinblatt and Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group, LLC of Cincinnati, OH brokered the land sale transaction and are also marketing and leasing the project. Columbus Business First: Matt the Miller’s Tavern coming to Streets of West Chester

Dan Eaton, staff reporter for Columbus Business First reported on Tuesday, July 5 that Matt the Miller’s Tavern has announced its plans to open at the next phase of Streets of West Chester in a deal brokered by OnSite Retail Group, LLC. The next phase of Streets of West Chester is being marketed by Eric Abroms and Josh Rothstein of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group, LLC. The 10-plus acre site, alongside I-75 and adjacent to Top Golf and Main Event, offers additional opportunities for restaurants, retailers and entertainment venues. OnSite Retail Group, LLC is pleased to announce a new sales and leasing agent has joined our team! Jeffrey J. Smith is a graduate of Xavier University, and joins OnSite Retail Group following a 16-year career in corporate real estate, having reached the level of Vice President, Regional Real Estate Director. Smith brings to OnSite Retail Group his extensive experience in strategic retail site selection, acquisition, portfolio disposition and leasing.

Jeff’s experience in retail-use real estate across the entire geographic region we cover is a perfect fit for OnSite Retail Group. Jeff is a detail-oriented and disciplined professional and a strong leader and team player. OnSite Retail Group completes two new leases at Bishop Square

Joshua M. Rothstein & Kristine Davidson of OnSite RetailGroup, LLC recently completed two new restaurant leases at Bishop Square in Oxford, Ohio.  Marco’s Pizza signed a 5-year lease for 1,406 square feet on the south endcap of a proposed new outlot building, which will allow Marco’s to offer drive-through service.  The new store will be located at 419 S. Locust Street.  Another new tenant, Tim Hortons, signed a 10-year lease for 2,000 square feet and will also be providing drive-through service at the opposite end of the same new building.  Tim Hortons, part of Restaurant Brands International, appeals to a broad range of consumer tastes, with a menu that includes premium coffee, hot and cold specialty drinks, teas and fruit smoothies, fresh baked goods, sandwiches, wraps, and soups.

OnSite Retail Group represented the landlord, Columbus, OH-based RENVC Oxford Commercial, LLC, in both transactions.  Construction is expected to begin in September and tenants should begin opening next spring.
