Cincinnati.com: Duluth Trading, new restaurants coming to Streets of West Chester

Bowdeya Tweh of the Cincinnati Enquirer and Cincinnati.com reported today that Duluth Trading Company, Chuy's Tex-Mex restaurant and Matt the Miller's Tavern have made commitments to join the new phase of the Streets of West Chester now in development by Scott Street Properties, and marketed and leased by Josh Rothstein and Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group. OnSite Retail Group represents Huntington Bank in sale

Josh Rothstein, Jeff Smith and Scott Saddlemire recently completed the sale of a former bank branch property in New Lebanon, OH, just ten miles west of downtown Dayton.  OnSite Retail Group represented Columbus, OH-based Huntington Bank in the sale of the 1,599 square foot bank building on 1.07 acres at 675 W. Main Street.

Reed’s Pharmacy, a locally owned and operated pharmacy serving the New Lebanon community, purchased the property and is re-purposing the building for a relocation of their nearby pharmacy.

Dayton Business Journal: Aqua Tots joining Aldi in new Beavercreek development

Kaitlin Schroeder, Staff Reporter at Dayton Business Journal reported on Friday, October 7th that swim school, Aqua Tots, is planning its second Dayton, OH-area location at The Shoppes at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek which will be anchored by Aldi.  The lease was brokered by Andrew Feinblatt and Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group, LLC of Blue Ash, OH on behalf of developer BSM Properties of Nashville, TN.  Recently, OnSite Retail Group completed another lease in at The Shoppes at Fairfield Commons with Salon Lofts, who is also represented by OnSite Retail Group.  OnSite Retail Group is marketing two additional spaces still available for lease in the shopping center – a 2,800 square foot space between Aqua Tots and Salon Lofts, and the north endcap space of 5,600 square feet.  Interested parties may contact Andrew Feinblatt at (513) 268-4456 or Eric Abroms at (513) 268-4452. 



Blue Ash Commons welcomes new restaurant

Joshua M. Rothstein of Blue Ash, OH-based OnSite RetailGroup recently brokered a lease at Blue Ash Commons on behalf of the owner, KM Blue Ash Development Company, and its management company, Gershenson Realty & Investment LLC.  The new restaurant, Truva CafĂ© Mediterranean, is relocating from the Crossings of Blue Ash shopping center and leased 3,548 square feet at 4122 Hunt Road in the Kroger-anchored shopping center. 


Blue Ash Commons is a community shopping center located between Kroger and the former Kmart store in Blue Ash at the intersection of Hunt Road & Plainfield Road.  The shopping center has only one 2,352 square-foot vacancy remaining.  For leasing information, contact Joshua M. Dayton Business Journal: Sleep Outfitters plans to build new Beavercreek store

Kaitlin Schroeder, Staff Reporter at Dayton Business Journal reported on Friday that OnSite Retail Group client, SleepOutfitters, plans to open a new store in Beavercreek on the east side of Dayton, OH in a build-to-suit development proposed by Baker Storey McDonald Properties of Nashville, TN.  Andrew Feinblatt and Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group are representing Baker Storey McDonald in the acquisition of the site, and representing both Baker Storey McDonald Properties and Sleep Outfitters in the lease transaction.  Sleep Outfitters is part a successful chain of more than 160 bedding stores operating in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, Tennessee and Alabama owned and managed by Innovative Mattress Solutions based in Lexington, KY.  Click the link below to read Kaitlin Schroeder’s full story:
