T-Mobile joining Buffalo Wild Wings at Towne Mall Shoppes

OnSiteRetail Group recently finalized a lease with T-Mobile at Towne Mall Shoppes, the new multi-tenant retail center that recently opened on an outlot of Towne Mall Galleria in Middletown, OH.  T-Mobile plans to open the new 1,690 square-foot store by the end of the year at 3423 Towne Boulevard, Suite 120.  Buffalo Wild Wings celebrated their grand opening on October 24^th at the 12,700 square-foot retail center developed by Nashville, TN-based BSM Middletown, LLC.   Andrew Feinblatt and Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group, LLC of Cincinnati, OH brokered the deal with T-Mobile on behalf of BSM Middletown, LLC, and are also marketing and leasing the project, which still has a 2,405 square-foot space available.  Interested parties may contact Andrew Feinblatt at (513) 268-4456 or Eric Abroms at (513) 268-4452.

OnSite Retail Group plants Dollar Tree in Middletown

OnSite Retail Group client, Dollar Tree, continues to expand across Ohio – this time in Middletown, located between Cincinnati & Dayton.  The new 10,000 square foot store scheduled to open in February 2017 will be located at 3600 Towne Boulevard, across the street from Meijer.  Kristine Davidson of Blue Ash, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented Dollar Tree in the deal with Mid USA Credit Union, the landlord.  Davidson exclusively represents Dollar Tree in and around Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton, Columbus and southern Ohio.

Dayton Business Journal: Beavercreek Aldi to hold hiring event

Kaitlin Schroeder, Staff Reporter at Dayton Business Journal reported today that Aldi plans to begin hiring for its new store opening soon at 2451 Lakeview Road in Beavercreek, OH, on the east side of Dayton.  The lease for the new Aldi location was brokered by OnSite Retail Group, LLC based in Blue Ash, OH.  OnSite Retail Group represented both Aldi and the developer-landlord of the new development, an affiliate of Nashville, Tenn.-based Baker Storey McDonald Properties.
