Dayton Daily News: Aqua-Tots Swim Schools to open in Beavercreek

Kara Driscoll , Staff Writer at Dayton Daily News reported today that Aqua-Tots, an indoor swimming school for children is opening soon in Beavercreek at The Shoppes at Fairfield Commons, joining the new Aldi grocery store and Salon Lofts.  The new Aqua-Tots Swim School will open at 2451 Lakeview Drive, right off N. Fairfield Road on May 4th at 11:00 a.m.  

Aqua-Tots is the latest tenant to open at The Shoppes at Fairfield Commons, the new development built by Nashville, TN-based BSM Development and leased by OnSite Retail Group in Cincinnati, OH.  Please click the link below for Kara Driscoll’s full story:

Dayton Daily News: JUST IN: Popeyes confirms new Kettering restaurant

Mark Fisher, Staff Writer at Dayton Daily News, broke the news this afternoon that Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen will soon be coming to Kettering.  The Dayton-area Popeyes franchisee, was represented in the purchase acquisition of the new Popeyes site by Scott Saddlemire of OnSiteRetail Group.  The new Kettering location will be built on the site of the former PNC Bank location at 4025 Wilmington Pike, in front of Meijer, near the intersection of Wilmington Pike & E. Stroop Road.  Fisher also reports that two additional Dayton-area Popeyes locations are on the way in Englewood and Springboro.

NBC News: Millennials Are Doing Their Shopping at Dollar Stores and Discount Racks

Nicole Spector, reporter for NBC News, reported on Tuesday, March 7th that at the same time department stores are shuttering locations, off-price retailers like OnSite Retail Group client T.J. Maxx are expanding their brick and mortar presence. Spector wrote, “In March alone, T.J. Maxx (which already has upwards of 1,000 stores), is opening in a slew of new locations. The discount retailer, which declined to comment, has good reason to be optimistic: According to its last earnings report, its 2016 sales topped $33.2 billion, an increase of 7 percent.”
