Men’s Wearhouse to hold grand opening of new Eastgate store

Men’s Wearhouse will celebrate the grand opening of their newest Cincinnati-area store on December 14^th at Eastgate Mall in Union Township on Cincinnati’s east side.  The new 5,000 square foot store is on an outlot of the mall at 4611 Eastgate Boulevard.  Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group, represented Men’s Wearhouse in the long term lease deal with Eastgate Mall owner, Chattanooga, TN-based CBL & Associates.

The new location at Eastgate Mall marks Men’s Wearhouse’s fourth store in the Greater Cincinnati area – existing stores are located in Florence, Kenwood and Tri-County Mall.  Founded in 1973 by George Zimmer, The Men’s Wearhouse is one of the largest specialty retailers of men’s apparel in North America.   Today the company operates over 1,160 stores across the U.S. and Canada including Men’s Wearhouse & Tux, K&G Fashion Superstores and Moore’s Clothing for Men in Canada.

City Barbeque selected by Zagat as one of Dayton’s Top 8

As reported by Olivia Barrow of the Dayton Business Journal, OnSite Retail Group client, City Barbeque was ranked #3 in a recent survey of the top 8 restaurants in the Dayton region by Zagat, the world's leading provider of consumer survey-based information for restaurants and other leisure activities. 

City Barbeque has been quickly winning-over the taste buds of many with their southern style barbeque and their comfortable family style restaurants.  City Barbeque has two Dayton-area locations in Beavercreek and Centerville.  The privately held Columbus, OH-based company currently operates 18 restaurants across Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana.  The company also expects two additional restaurants in Columbus and Indianapolis to open soon.  Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group is the exclusive real estate representative for City Barbeque in the Greater Cincinnati region.  Davidson said the company is seeking additional growth in the region.

Michaels celebrates grand opening at Graceland Shopping Center in Columbus

 Michaels, the arts and crafts specialty retailer, held its grand opening for their newest store in the Columbus area at Graceland Shopping Center on Sunday, November 9^th.  The opening of the new 20,640 square foot store marks Michaels’ 7^th store in the Greater Columbus area.  Michaels Stores, Inc. is North America’s largest specialty retailer of arts, crafts, framing, floral, wall décor and seasonal merchandise for the hobbyist and do-it-yourself home decorator. As of November 14, 2012, the Company owns and operates 1,100 Michaels stores in 49 states and Canada, and 127 Aaron Brothers stores.

OnSite Retail Group closes two more Dollar Tree deals

Kristine Davidson of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented Dollar Tree in two recent transactions in Ohio.  On the far west side of Cincinnati in Harrison, Ohio, Davidson negotiated a new lease for Dollar Tree in 12,000 square feet at Harrison Center.  The new store at 10521 Harrison Avenue opened in June.
