Valvoline Instant Oil Change coming to Norwood in deal brokered by OnSite Retail Group

Valvoline Instant Oil Change expects to open its 25^th Cincinnati-area facility this summer on Madison Road in Norwood.  Scott Saddlemire of Kenwood-based OnSiteRetail Group recently brokered a deal on behalf of Valvoline after searching in the area for several years.  The new store will be built at the entrance to the Rookwood Pavilion shopping center at 2690 Madison Road. 

Valvoline Instant Oil Change, a business unit of Ashland Consumer Markets (Valvoline^TM), a commercial unit of Covington, KY-based Ashland Inc., is the second-largest quick-lube chain in the United States.  The company operates approximately 850 stores nationwide.

Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group assisting McAlister's Deli franchisee with expansion

The Bistro Group, exclusively represented in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky by Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group, is planning to expand its number of McAlister’s Deli locations in the Greater Cincinnati area.  Tom Demeropolis reported the story on The Bistro Group’s plans on February 27, 2013 in the Cincinnati Business Courier.

Highland Pointe groundbreaking announced

A groundbreaking event for the new retail center development in Highland Heights, KY will be held on Tuesday, February 12^th.   The new development by Thompson Thrift of Terre Haute, IN was recently named Highland Pointe.  Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group will handle the marketing and leasing on the new 13,215 square foot retail development on Alexandria Pike near Northern Kentucky University.  City Barbeque, represented by OnSite Retail Group’s Davidson and the first tenant to commit to the project, will be joined by F&K Jewelers, Firehouse Subs and Pizza Hut.
