Buffalo Wild Wings opening area’s second “Project Stadia” concept in Newport

It’s game-on in Newport, KY as Buffalo Wild Wings opens the second of its newest design restaurants on November 18^th at 83 Carothers Road in the Newport Pavilion development.  The company’s “Project Stadia” restaurant simulates a sporting event environment and is sure to excite hard-core sports fans.  Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group represented Buffalo Wild Wings in the 10-year lease.  The new 6,000 square foot restaurant will feature an outdoor patio.  Abroms is the exclusive real estate representative for Buffalo Wild Wings’ corporate-owned restaurants in Ohio.  Minneapolis, MN-based Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar currently operates 17 restaurants in the Greater Cincinnati region and over 750 restaurants in 45 states across the U.S.

OnSite Retail Group tapped to manage, lease North Point Shopping Center

Onsite Retail Group is now handling the management and leasing of the 100,200 square foot North Point Shopping Center in Forest Park, OH for new owner CEJ Properties.  With a strong mix of both national and local tenants, new ownership and new management comes a new vision for this center rich with potential.  Along with a $1.8 million streetscape renovation in the works for Northland Boulevard, the City of Forest Park is also benefiting from over $20 million in private investments to the city in the form of business redevelopment, relocation and enhancements to the surrounding employment landscape.

Josh Rothstein & AndrewFeinblatt are teaming-up for the new assignment.  The center, located at the southwest corner of Northland Boulevard and Southland Boulevard features a variety of available spaces for tenants including an anchor tenant space availability.  Rothstein & Feinblatt are also marketing an outlot to the shopping center which is available for ground lease, build-to-suit or purchase. Delicio Coal Fired Pizza to debut in Montgomery

OnSite Retail Group client Delicio Coal Fired Pizza is featured in Shauna Steigerwald’s blog New In Town today as the new restaurant prepares for their grand opening in Montgomery on November 18.  The new restaurant is located in a newly-constructed building at 9321 Montgomery Road, just north of Ronald Reagan Cross-County Highway.

Kristine Davidson of Cincinnati-based OnSite Retail Group represented Delicio in the transaction and will continue to serve as the exclusive real estate representative for Delicio as the company looks to expand the unique concept in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Dayton Business Journal: Pet Supplies Plus to open in Beavercreek

Olivia Barrow of the Dayton Business Journal reports Pet Supplies Plus will open their third store in the Dayton market at 3320 Pentagon Blvd. in the Fairfield Crossing shopping center in Beavercreek, OH next to Walmart Supercenter.  Livonia, MI-based Pet Supplies Plus is a privately held company with over 250 stores in 23 states.

Scott Saddlemire of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite RetailGroup, LLC handles the local real estate representation for Pet Supplies Plus in the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio areas in cooperation with Pet Supplies Plus master broker, Brian Kerr, of Pittsburgh, PA-based Langholz Wilson Ellis.

City Barbeque opening Monday, Oct. 21st in Highland Heights, KY

OnSite Retail Group client City Barbeque will open their doors to the public on Monday, October 21^st at 2760 Alexandria Pike at the new Highland Pointe retail center in Highland Heights, KY near Northern Kentucky University.  However, for those who want to get a head start, see Cincinnati.com’s Shauna Steigerwald’s blog New in Town for details on the restaurant’s pre-opening party on Sunday (link to the story below).

Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group represented City Barbeque in the lease at Highland Pointe.  She also handled the marketing and leasing for the project developed by Thompson Thrift Development, of Terre Haute, IN.  City Barbeque has been quickly winning-over the taste buds of many with their southern style barbeque and their comfortable family style restaurants.  City Barbeque’s other Cincinnati-area restaurants are located in Eastgate (Union Township), Western Hills, West Chester, Blue Ash and Florence, KY.  The privately held Columbus, OH-based company currently operates 23 restaurants across Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana.  Kristine Davidson is the exclusive real estate representative for City Barbeque in the Greater Cincinnati region, and said the company is seeking additional growth in the region.
