OnSiteRetail Group in Cincinnati, OH recently completed a lease with Himalaya
Grocery, LLC at Colerain Hills Shopping Center in Colerain Township on behalf
of their client and shopping center owner, Columbus, OH-based Schottenstein
Property Group. The new 2,814 square foot store at 8423 Colerain Avenue
will specialize in Indian products. Himalaya Grocery is an Indian grocery store
selling traditional Indian food, including meat, goat, lamb and live fish and
the retail sale of Indian. The partners behind Himalaya Grocery currently
operate a meat store around the corner at 3033 W. Galbraith Road, and another
store in Pennsylvania called Himalaya Market.
The completion of the lease with Himalaya Grocery follows
the other recent activity at Colerain Hills Shopping Center, including the
opening of Hometown Urgent Care and Prestige Home Furnishings. Rothstein
said “the activity in and around Colerain Hills Shopping Center is bringing
back a lot of vibrancy to this area of Colerain Avenue.”
Colerain Hills Shopping Center is a community shopping
center located at the intersection of Colerain Avenue and Ronald Reagan Cross
County Highway anchored by Walmart Supercenter. The shopping center has
