Pet Supplies Plus to celebrate grand opening of new Oakley Station store

OnSiteRetail Group client, Pet Supplies Plus, has announced the grand opening date for their newest store in Greater Cincinnati.  The new 9,750 square foot store, located in Oakley at the Kroger Marketplace-anchored development Oakley Station, will open its doors for the grand opening on November 7th.

Livonia, MI-based Pet Supplies Plus is a privately held company with 300 stores in 23 states.  Scott Saddlemire of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group brokered the deal in cooperation with Brian Kerr of Pittsburgh, PA-based Hanna Langholz Wilson Ellis, both on behalf of Pet Supplies Plus.  

Supercuts to celebrate grand opening in Colerain Township

Supercuts is set to open the doors at their newest salon in Greater Cincinnati at 9850 Colerain Avenue, near Stone Creek Towne Center.  The salon is expected to open in early November.

The new 1,234 square foot salon offers customers the latest Supercuts prototype design.  Supercuts was represented in the lease by Kristine Davidson and Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group, LLC, based in Cincinnati.  The landlord, BSM Colerain, LLC, was represented by Andrew Feinblatt also of OnSite Retail Group, LLC.

Supercuts, a division of Minneapolis, MN-based Regis Corporation, operates more than 2,400 no-appointment-required salons across the U.S.  In addition to providing a range of hair services including men’s haircuts, women’s haircuts, kids' haircuts, color services, and waxing, Supercuts also offers professional haircare products at affordable prices with product lines including Paul Mitchell, Biolage, Redken, American Crew, Nioxin, and more.

OnSite client Aldi earns 2015 Retail Achievement Award

Aldi’s reinvention of the discount model has earned the grocer the 2015 Retail Achievement Award from grocery industry publication, Supermarket News.  SN’s Retail Achievement Award recognizes an outstanding  accomplishment by a retailer that boosts its business and serves as an example to the wider industry. Columbus Business First: Shoppes at East Broad lands T.J. Maxx

Brian R. Ball, Staff reporter at Columbus Business First, reported today that Shoppes at East Broad in Reynoldsburg, OH will soon be welcoming T.J. Maxx as one of the new anchors to the development now under construction on East Broad Street.  Ball also reports that another OnSiteRetail Group client, Dollar Tree, will be a tenant in the development.  Eric Abroms and Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group represented T.J. Dollar Tree Expanding in Midtown Cincinnati

OnSite Retail Group client, Dollar Tree, is expanding once again in Cincinnati – this time in the midtown community of Oakley.  The new 10,000 square foot store scheduled to open in October is currently under construction on Alamo Drive next-door to Fresh Thyme Farmers Market.  Kristine Davidson of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented Dollar Tree in the deal.  Davidson exclusively represents Dollar Tree in and around Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton, Columbus and southern Ohio.
