Men’s Wearhouse to anchor new retail building at EastGate Mall

Men’s Wearhouse is coming soon to EastGate Mall in Union
Township on Cincinnati’s east side. The new 5,000 square foot store will
be built in a two-tenant retail building on an outlot of the mall fronting
Eastgate Boulevard. Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group, who has
represented Men’s Wearhouse for many years, brokered the long term lease deal
for Men’s Wearhouse with EastGate Mall owner, Chattanooga, TN-based CBL &
Associates.
The new location at EastGate Mall will mark Men’s
Wearhouse’s fourth store in the Greater Cincinnati area – existing stores are
located in Florence, Kenwood and Tri-County Mall. Founded in 1973 by
George Zimmer, The Men’s Wearhouse is one of the largest specialty retailers of
men’s apparel in North America. Today the company operates over
1,160 stores across the U.S. and Canada including Men’s Wearhouse & Tux,
K&G Fashion Superstores and Moore’s Clothing for Men in Canada.

OnSite Retail Group closes two more deals at Tri-County Towne Center

Tri-County
Town Center will soon welcome two new tenants in addition to Hobby Lobby and
Destination XL which were both announced earlier this year. Kristine Davidson and Andrew Feinblatt of
Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented the owners of Tri-County
Towne Center in a new 10-year lease with Salon Concepts for 5,050 square feet
at 11711 Princeton Pike in Springdale, OH. Salon Concepts provides suites – most locations offering 20 to 25
stylist suites - for lease to individual stylists and other salon professionals
within their space. Salon Concepts
expects to open at Tri-County Towne Center in August.
Joining Salon Concepts at Tri-County
Towne Center will be Firehouse Subs, who signed a lease for 2,260 square
feet. Firehouse Subs, the restaurant
company founded and led by two firefighter brothers currently operates six
locations in Greater Cincinnati and over 500 nationally. Firehouse Subs, unlike other sub
sandwich restaurants, steams their meats and cheeses before loading everything
onto one of their toasted private recipe sub rolls. Firehouse Subs is expecting to open in
September at 11711 Princeton Pike, Springdale, OH at Tri-County Towne Center.

OnSite Retail Group & McDonald’s are ‘lovin’ it’ in Richmond, KY

McDonald’s
will soon be adding its third restaurant to Richmond – this time on the city’s
north side. Scott Saddlemire of
Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group recently represented McDonald’s in the
purchase of a 1.09 acre parcel just off Exit 90 on I-75. The property, located at 1001 Brandy Lane at
the southeast corner of Brandy & Lexington Road, was sold by G&M Oil,
Inc. of Barbourville, KY. The seller was
represented by Jim Powell of The Gibson Company in Lexington.

Destination: Tri-County Towne Center

Kristine Davidson and Andrew Feinblatt of OnSite Retail Group announced the signing of leases
with DestinationXL and Firehouse Subs at Tri-County Towne Center in the
northern Cincinnati community of Springdale.
Davidson and Feinblatt, who have been handling the marketing and leasing
of Tri-County Towne Center for several years, represented the Gilhart family,
owner of the shopping center.
Casual Male
Retail Group, Inc., parent company of DestinationXL (also known as DXL),
currently operates a Casual Male store at nearby Cassinelli Square. The new DXL store at Tri-County Towne Center
will replace the existing Casual Male store and expand its offerings and square
footage. The new store, which will
measure 11,186 square feet, will be the First DXL store in Greater Cincinnati
and the first DXL store in Ohio. DXL
signed a 10-year lease and plans to open the new store in September. Also signed this month was a new lease with
Yellow Submarines, LLC, franchisee for Firehouse Subs. The new 2,260 square foot restaurant is also
expected to open in September. The
rapidly-growing Firehouse Subs chain currently has five locations in Greater
Cincinnati.
GNC rolls the dice on relocation near casino in Columbus

Nutrition Corporation (GNC) will be repositioning their store in the West Broad
Street retail market near Westland Mall this summer. Following many successful years inside
Westland Mall, GNC is adapting to the changing retail environment along West
Broad Street. While the new Hollywood
Casino is bringing plenty of excitement and new activity to West Broad Street
for its grand opening this Fall, it hasn’t yet been the boon needed to
reinvigorate Westland Mall. GNC, wanting
to retain its loyal customers in the area, sought a new location to better
serve its customers and relied on Andrew Feinblatt of Cincinnati-based OnSiteRetail Group to identify and secure the new location. The chain’s new 1,500 square foot store will
be located in West Highland Plaza, where GNC will join Radio Shack and GameStop. GNC is anticipating an August 2012 opening.

OnSite Retail Group helps AAA expand services in Central KY

AAA recently
leased 9,600 square feet of space in Lexington to house their fleet of road
service vehicles, drivers and fleet management team. AAA Allied Group, Inc., doing business as
AAA, tapped Andrew Feinblatt of OnSite Retail Group to spearhead the search for
a suitable fleet facility. Feinblatt, who
exclusively represents AAA throughout its entire multi-state region, worked in
cooperation with Paul Ray Smith of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties in the new
lease at 1008 Eastland Drive in Lexington.
Becky Reinhold of Bluegrass Sotheby’s International Realty represented
the building owner, Drummer, Caton & Drummer, LLC.
