Verizon Wireless celebrates grand opening today at Stone Creek Town Center

Verizon Wireless opened their newest Greater Cincinnati store today at Stone Creek Town Center in Colerain Township.  The new 4,500 square foot store at 3650 Stone Creek Boulevard replaces the company’s former location on Colerain Avenue.

As the nation’s largest wireless company, Verizon Wireless serves 106.2 million retail connections and operates more than 1,700 retail locations in the United States.  Verizon Wireless is wholly owned by Verizon Communications Inc. and is headquartered in Basking Ridge, N.J.

Supercuts celebrates grand opening at Pierce Town Center

Supercuts opened the doors at 9:00 am today at the new, relocated salon in the Kroger Marketplace-anchored Pierce Town Center in Pierce Township in eastern Cincinnati.  The salon moved from its previous location in Amelia Center at Ohio Pike and Bach-Buxton Road.

The new 1,260 square foot salon at 222 W. Main Street (State Route 125) offers customers the latest Supercuts prototype design.  Supercuts was represented in the lease by Kristine Davidson and Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group, LLC, based in Cincinnati.

GNC has grand re-opening at Voice of America Centre

Andrew Feinblatt of OnSite Retail Group, LLC recently represented General Nutrition Corporation – better known to most as GNC – in a recent relocation of GNC’s store in West Chester, OH on the north side of Cincinnati.  The new 1,530 square foot store at 7688 VOA Centre Drive in the Voice of America Centre opened in the first full week of January.  The store moved from its previous location on Tylersville Road in the Kroger-anchored shopping center.

Newly planted Dollar Tree opens in South Lebanon Jan. 15th

Dollar Tree will celebrate the grand opening of their newest Cincinnati-area store this Thursday, January 15^th at the Rivers Crossing shopping center in the northeast Cincinnati suburb of South Lebanon.  The new 10,000 square foot store will mark the 26th store for Dollar Tree in the Greater Cincinnati area.  The new store is located at 464 Corwin Nixon Boulevard between Kohl’s and Target.

Kristine Davidson of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite RetailGroup represented Dollar Tree in the deal with Rivers Crossing Powers, LLC, the owner and developer.  Davidson exclusively represents Dollar Tree in and around Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton, Columbus and southern Ohio.  Dollar Tree is a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Chesapeake, Virginia.  The company operates over 4,900 stores throughout the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Canada.

New lease signed at Colerain Hills Shopping Center

Joshua Rothstein & Kristine Davidson of OnSite RetailGroup, LLC recently brokered a deal on behalf of owner Schottenstein Property Group at Colerain Hills Shopping Center with Prestige Home Furnishings.  The new Prestige Home Furnishings store at 8403 Colerain Avenue will be 6,000 square feet, taking over the space formerly occupied by Furniture Solutions.

Prestige Home Furnishings is relocating from their store in Union Township in the Eastgate market to Colerain.  The company sells, installs and services scratch & dent and refurbished appliances of all brands and sells new factory sealed quality mattresses.   Prestige offers washers, dryers, stoves & ranges, ovens, dishwashers, and refrigerators from $99.

Journal-News: West Chester roadway improvements to benefit Streets of West Chester

Eric Schwartzberg, Staff Writer for the Journal-News reported today on the planned extension of Civic Center Boulevard in West Chester, OH which will connect the Streets of West Chester development south to Allen Road to help accommodate and facilitate commercial growth.  The roadway improvements will directly serve the 10-acre site currently being marketed for restaurants and retailers by Eric Abroms and JoshRothstein of OnSite Retail Group.

Cincinnati Business Courier: West Chester development on the hunt for restaurant tenants
