Supercuts to open at Liberty Shops

Supercuts is set to open the doors at another new salon in Greater Cincinnati at Liberty Shoppes, 6876 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, #102, in Liberty Township next-door to Kroger Marketplace.  The salon is slated to open in December; a grand opening is planned for January 22^nd.

The new 1,500 square foot salon offers customers the latest Supercuts prototype design.  Supercuts was represented in the lease by Kristine Davidson and Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group, LLC, based in Cincinnati. 

Supercuts, a division of Minneapolis, MN-based Regis Corporation, operates more than 2,400 no-appointment-required salons across the U.S.  In addition to providing a range of hair services including men’s haircuts, women’s haircuts, kids' haircuts, color services, and waxing. Supercuts also offers professional haircare products at affordable prices with product lines including Paul Mitchell, Biolage, Redken, American Crew, Nioxin, and more.

OnSite Retail Group represents Pet Supplies Plus in Ft. Mitchell, KY deal

Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group recently brokered a deal to bring a new Pet Supplies Plus store to Expressway Plaza in Ft. Mitchell, KY.  Edgewood, KY-based Pet Supplies Plus franchisee, Jocko Enterprises, Inc., signed a lease with Expressway Plaza, LLC on a 10,000 square foot space in the Kroger Marketplace-anchored shopping center located at Dixie Highway and I-75 in Ft. Mitchell, a northern Kentucky suburb of Cincinnati.

The new store, expected to open in late 2015, will be the first Pet Supplies Plus store for Jocko Enterprises and the seventh overall for Pet Supplies Plus in the Greater Cincinnati area.  Livonia, MI-based Pet Supplies Plus is a privately held company with 300 stores in 23 states.  

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market opens in Worthington, more locations coming

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market opened their second store in the Columbus area Wednesday, September 16th in the city of Worthington at 933 High Street.  As is typical with Fresh Thyme, the grand opening was highlighted by a $50 grocery giveaway to the first 250 shoppers in line when the doors opened at 7:00 a.m.

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is a full-service specialty retailer focusing on value-priced fresh, healthy, natural and organic offerings. It boasts an extensive produce department with organic and local fruits and vegetables, a natural meat department, healthy deli foods to go, bakery goods, 400 bulk food bins, dairy and frozen, and health supplement products. The Men’s Wearhouse to step out front at Tri-County Mall

The Men’s Wearhouse took advantage of a great opportunity to improve its position at northern Cincinnati’s Tri-County Mall.  In order to make way for major renovations to the mall, Tri-County Mall owners, SingHaiyi Group Ltd., approached The Men’s Wearhouse to relocate.  The Men’s Wearhouse jumped at the opportunity to move to a highly visible new multi-tenant retail building out in front of the mall by the main entrance on busy State Route 747/Princeton Pike.  Eric M. Abroms of OnSite Retail Group in Cincinnati, OH represented The Men’s Wearhouse in the new lease with SingHaiyi Group Ltd.  Abroms is the exclusive representative for The Men’s Wearhouse in Greater Cincinnati.  The new 5,500 square foot store is currently under construction and is expected to open this fall.
