Kristine Davidson & City Barbeque Cook-up New Deal on Prime Corner in Blue Ash
March 2011
City Barbeque will soon open their sixth new restaurant in Greater Cincinnati this summer at 10375 Kenwood Road the corner of Kenwood & Pfeiffer Roads in Blue Ash. The site had been the home of a former Jiffy Lube and the adjacent family-owned and operated Rombes restaurant. City Barbeque leased both properties and plans to build a new restaurant on the site. City Barbeque has been quickly winning-over the taste buds of many with their southern style barbeque and their comfortable family style restaurants. City Barbeque’s other Cincinnati-area restaurants are located in Eastgate (Union Township), Western Hills, West Chester, Hyde Park and Florence, KY. The privately held Columbus, OH-based company currently operates 18 restaurants across Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana. Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group represented City Barbeque in the Blue Ash transaction and is the exclusive real estate representative for City Barbeque in the Greater Cincinnati region. Davidson said the company is seeking additional growth in the region.
