OnSite Retail Group filling vacancies in Hyde Park Plaza

Eric Abroms of Kenwood-based OnSiteRetail Group just completed another lease at Hyde Park Plaza in Cincinnati.  Just recently, Abroms represented Salon Lofts in a long-term lease in the shopping center anchored by Kroger and Remke-bigg’s grocery.  In this latest transaction, Abroms represented Ripploh Chiropractic in a new lease of space in the breezeway of the shopping center, close to Walgreens.  The new Hyde Park Plaza location will be the first for Ripploh Chiropractic, LLC, a full-service chiropractic office owned and operated by Dr. Keith Ripploh, DC.  Dr. Ripploh is an alumnus of University of Dayton where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biology.  Dr. Ripploh continued his education at the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic, located in Davenport, Iowa, where he graduated with magna cum laude honors.  Dr. Ripploh has been practicing in Cincinnati since 2010.

OnSite Retail Group delivers Salon Lofts to Hyde Park & Dent

Salon Lofts, LLC is set to open its fifth and sixth Greater Cincinnati locations.  Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group, who has represented Salon Lofts in all four of their previous Cincinnati-area transactions, twice again represented Salon Lofts in new leases on Paxton Avenue in Hyde Park, and on Harrison Avenue in Dent. 

The new Dent location, which opened on December 23^rd, is located directly across the street from Kohl’s & Meijer at 6507 Harrison Avenue.  Salon Lofts signed a long-term lease for 4,160 square feet at Dent Crossing, owned by Harrison Crossing, LLC.  

The sixth Cincinnati-area Salon Lofts location will open in early 2013 at 3848 Paxton Avenue in Hyde Park Plaza, owned by Regency Centers.  Salon Lofts signed a long-term lease for 4,801 square feet.  An opening date has not yet been set.

Salon Lofts’ other Cincinnati locations are in Symmes Township on Fields Ertel Road, on Tylersville Road in West Chester, and at Montgomery & Hosbrook Roads in Kenwood.  Each location, essentially a “salon community” under one roof, provides entrepreneurial beauty professionals (known as Loft Owners) individual spaces to lease and operate their own businesses.   Each facility typically has nail technicians, skin specialists and masseuses; however most of the shops are dedicated to hairstylists.  Salon Lofts, based in Columbus, OH, currently operates 32 locations in Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Indianapolis, and Tampa, FL.  The company is exclusively represented in Greater Cincinnati & Dayton by Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group, and is actively seeking additional locations throughout Greater Cincinnati and Dayton.

Buffalo Wild Wings to debut “Project Stadia” concept next week in Anderson

Get your game face on - Buffalo Wild Wings is set to debut its newest design on December 17^th at their new restaurant at 7735 Beechmont Avenue.  The company’s “Project Stadia” restaurant in Anderson Township will be the first to open in this region of the U.S., and is sure to excite hard-core sports fans.  Eric Abroms of OnSiteRetail Group represented Buffalo Wild Wings in the 10-year lease.  The new restaurant will replace the unit the company closed two years ago on Ohio Pike.  Anderson Township has been the company’s focus for several years.  Abroms reviewed numerous sites with Buffalo Wild Wings over a two-plus year period to land the site on Beechmont Avenue, just west of Asbury Road on the site of the former King Pin bowling center.  The new 6,000 square foot restaurant will feature an outdoor patio.  Abroms is the exclusive real estate representative for Buffalo Wild Wings’ corporate-owned restaurants in Ohio.  Minneapolis, MN-based Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar currently operates 18 restaurants in the Greater Cincinnati region and over 750 restaurants in 45 states across the U.S.

Men’s Wearhouse to hold grand opening of new Eastgate store

Men’s Wearhouse will celebrate the grand opening of their newest Cincinnati-area store on December 14^th at Eastgate Mall in Union Township on Cincinnati’s east side.  The new 5,000 square foot store is on an outlot of the mall at 4611 Eastgate Boulevard.  Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group, represented Men’s Wearhouse in the long term lease deal with Eastgate Mall owner, Chattanooga, TN-based CBL & Associates.

The new location at Eastgate Mall marks Men’s Wearhouse’s fourth store in the Greater Cincinnati area – existing stores are located in Florence, Kenwood and Tri-County Mall.  Founded in 1973 by George Zimmer, The Men’s Wearhouse is one of the largest specialty retailers of men’s apparel in North America.   Today the company operates over 1,160 stores across the U.S. and Canada including Men’s Wearhouse & Tux, K&G Fashion Superstores and Moore’s Clothing for Men in Canada.

City Barbeque selected by Zagat as one of Dayton’s Top 8

As reported by Olivia Barrow of the Dayton Business Journal, OnSite Retail Group client, City Barbeque was ranked #3 in a recent survey of the top 8 restaurants in the Dayton region by Zagat, the world's leading provider of consumer survey-based information for restaurants and other leisure activities. 

City Barbeque has been quickly winning-over the taste buds of many with their southern style barbeque and their comfortable family style restaurants.  City Barbeque has two Dayton-area locations in Beavercreek and Centerville.  The privately held Columbus, OH-based company currently operates 18 restaurants across Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana.  The company also expects two additional restaurants in Columbus and Indianapolis to open soon.  Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group is the exclusive real estate representative for City Barbeque in the Greater Cincinnati region.  Davidson said the company is seeking additional growth in the region.
