OnSite Retail Group lines-up tenants for new development

Demeropolis, of the Cincinnati Business
Courier, reported on the new 13,215 square foot retail development which
will soon be built in Highland Heights, KY on Alexandria Pike (US 27) near
Northern Kentucky University. Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group was selected to handle the marketing and
leasing by Thompson Thrift Development, of Terre Haute, IN. Davidson brought her client, City Barbeque,
to the project and secured additional leases totaling over 7,900 square feet
for Thompson Thrift with F&K Jewelers, Firehouse Subs and Pizza Hut. Davidson is seeking additional tenants for
two end cap spaces available in the two-building development.
