Michaels Arts & Crafts to open at Northgate Mall in July

Michaels, the arts and crafts specialty retailer has announced the opening date for their new store in Cincinnati at Northgate Mall will be July 21.  The new 21,840 square foot store will be in the redeveloped section of the mall fronting Colerain Avenue.  Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group represented Michaels in the transaction.  Irving, Texas-based Michaels Stores, Inc. is North America’s largest specialty retailer of arts, crafts, framing, floral, wall décor and seasonal merchandise for the hobbyist and do-it-yourself home decorator.  The company currently owns and operates more than 1,113 Michaels stores in 49 states and Canada and 123 Aaron Brothers stores.

Mattress Warehouse represented by OnSite Retail Group in two new leases

Mattress Warehouse is on the move in Cincinnati, having recently signed two new leases in deals brokered on their behalf by OnSite Retail Group’s Andrew Feinblatt & Scott Saddlemire.  Mattress Warehouse will open a 4,100 square foot store at Tri-County Towne Center in Springdale, directly opposite Tri-County Mall.  The second new store will be located in the former Blockbuster Video space on Colerain Avenue in Colerain Township.  The new 6,000 square foot store on Colerain Avenue will be directly across from Northgate Mall.

Winfield, WV-based Innovative Mattress Solutions, doing business as Mattress Warehouse, Sleep Outfitters and Mattress King, operates over 150 stores across Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee & Alabama.
