Verizon Wireless relocates and expands in Dublin

Eric Abroms of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented Verizon Wireless recently in a relocation of the company’s Dublin store to a site at the main entrance to the Mall at Tuttle Crossing.  The new store has increased in size by approximately 500 square feet to 4,986 square feet.  As Abroms explained, the repositioned store’s location is an improvement for Verizon and the new store has the company’s new prototypical design.

The new store, located at 5061 Tuttle Crossing Boulevard, is one of 11 corporately-owned locations in the Columbus area, 7 of which are located in open-air centers outside of enclosed malls in regional retail trade areas.  Verizon’s former location is available for sublease – for more information contact Eric Abroms at OnSite Retail Group.

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market a hit in Oakley, set for further expansion

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market enjoyed a wildly successful grand opening in Oakley on August 27^th.  The 29,900 square foot store located in the former Circuit City building at 3321 Alamo Avenue marks the second store for the chain in Ohio and the first in Greater Cincinnati.  Fresh Thyme is exclusively represented by Eric Abroms of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group.  Abroms, Principal and Broker for OnSite Retail Group, said he is working with Fresh Thyme to find additional locations in Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus.  The chain’s prototypical store size is 28,000 square feet.

The Community Recorder: Pet Supplies Plus opening in former Kroger

Amy Scalf, reporter with The Community Recorder, reported today that Pet Supplies Plus will be one of three businesses opening in part of the former Kroger space in Independence, KY.  The new 8,500 square foot store will be the second in the region for Livonia, MI-based Pet Supplies Plus, a privately held company with 300 stores in 23 states.  Scott Saddlemire of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group,LLC brokered the deal in cooperation with Brian Kerr of Pittsburgh, PA-based Langholz Wilson Ellis, both on behalf of Pet Supplies Plus.  For the full article, please click here.

T.J. Maxx celebrates grand opening in Kenwood

OnSite Retail Group client, T.J.Maxx, celebrated the grand opening of their new 35,000 square foot store today in Kenwood in the former Barnes & Noble space at Sycamore Plaza.  OnSite Retail Group Principals Scott Saddlemire and Eric Abroms represented T.J. Maxx in the lease.  As stated in their website, T.J. Maxx offers high-quality, brand-name fashions for up to 60% less than department store prices.  The Framingham, MA-based company is the nation's largest off-price retailer operating over 1,000 stores spanning 49 states and Puerto Rico. 

OnSite Retail Group selected to market South Pointe restaurant sites by new Bass Pro

Joshua Rothstein and Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group were recently selected by the owner, Cincinnati, OH-based Scott Street Partners, to handle the marketing and leasing for the high profile “South Pointe” restaurant sites located along Interstate 75 between The Streets of West Chester retail development and the future Bass Pro Shops store in West Chester, OH.

In total, there are four restaurant pad sites available for ground lease on the 10-acre site, prominently located along I-75 in close proximity to 300,000 square feet of class-A office space.  Each restaurant pad is planned to accommodate between 7,000 to 7,500 square feet of restaurant space under roof.  Bass Pro Shops, who earlier this year announced their plans to relocate their store in Forest Park, plan on a fall 2015 opening for the new store.  Also planned for development in 2015 is phase II of The Streets of West Chester, a 22-acre site with up to 210,000 square feet of planned retail space and a new residential project called The Village at the Streets of West Chester, with 332 residential units that could attract nearly 900 new residents.  For more information, please Click Here.
