Dollar Tree pulls into Delhi Station

Dollar Tree recently celebrated the opening of their new store at Delhi Station on the west side of Cincinnati.  The new 10,000 square foot store which opened on October 20^th marks the 25th store for Dollar Tree in the Greater Cincinnati area.  The store is located at 5198 Delhi Pike in Delhi Township.

Kristine Davidson of Cincinnati,OH-based OnSite RetailGroup represented Dollar Tree in the deal.  Davidson exclusively represents Dollar Tree in and around Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton, Columbus and southern Ohio.  Dollar Tree is a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Chesapeake, Virginia.  The company operates over 4,900 stores throughout the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Canada.

Verizon Wireless makes the call on Colerain move

Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group has been very active in northern Cincinnati’s Colerain Township.  His client, Verizon Wireless, recently completed a lease for a new store at Stone Creek Town Center – the second lease brokered by Abroms there in recent weeks.  The new 4,500 square foot store at 3650 Stone Creek Boulevard is currently under construction and is expected to open in early 2015.  The new store will replace the existing store located at 9870 Colerain Avenue.

Buffalo Wild Wings flies north to Stone Creek

Buffalo Wild Wings will be opening in a new Colerain Township location late this year at Shoppes of Stone Creek in the Stone Creek Town Center development near I-275 and Colerain Avenue in northern Cincinnati.  Buffalo Wild Wings will be closing its current Colerain Township location at Colerain Hills Shopping Center at Colerain Avenue and Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway when the new 6,000 square foot restaurant opens at Stone Creek.  Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group, LLC represented Blazin Wings, Inc., dba Buffalo Wild Wings, in the ground lease transaction with SCB Land Company, LLC.  The new restaurant is currently under construction.
