Cincinnati Business Courier: Tesla Motors opening new store in Greater Cincinnati

Tom Demeropolis of the Cincinnati Business Courier reported on Friday, May 22^nd the news that Tesla Motors Inc. will soon be opening its first “full-blown” store in Greater Cincinnati which is expected to open in Blue Ash next month.  The new Tesla Motors store, located at 9111 Blue Ash Road in Blue Ash, OH is in the former Jaguar Cincinnati/Land Rover Cincinnati dealership that moved to a new facility at 9115 Blue Ash Road.  Eric Abroms of OnSite Retail Group, LLC represented Tesla Motors in the transaction.

Cincinnati.com: Aldi coming to Houston Road in Florence

Communitypress.com reporter Amy Scalf reported today that national grocer Aldi is planning a new store in Florence, KY at the corner of Houston Road and Ted Bushelman Boulevard in a deal being brokered by Andrew Feinblatt of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite RetailGroup on behalf of Aldi.

Cincinnati Business Courier – 32 East names new anchor tenants

Andy Brownfield, Reporter for Cincinnati Business Courier broke the news on Friday, May 1^st that new anchor tenants have been announced at 32 East, a major retail center located in the Eastgate retail market in Union Township on Cincinnati’s east side.  PEBB Enterprises, who purchased the property in November 2013, has begun major renovations to the property and also hired OnSite Retail Group to handle the marketing and leasing responsibilities.
