Cincinnati.com: Grand opening details emerge for Fresh Thyme in Anderson

Cincinnati.com this morning featured an article by Sheila Vivens of The Community Press who reports FreshThyme Farmers Market will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, August 30th at its new store in Anderson Township, OH at 7910 Beechmont Avenue, just east of Cincinnati.  From 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Fresh Thyme will celebrate the new opening with live music, samples and demos, a chocolate fountain and sparkling cider as well as a photo booth.

The celebration will continue on Wednesday and throughout the week.  The Grand Opening will be held on Wednesday, August 31st at 7:00 am.  There will be a 250 free bag giveaway for the first customers in line and at noon there will be a Boar’s Head hot dog cart, followed by balloon animals at 1:00 pm, and live music with the Shaw Brothers at 5:00 pm. 

The new Anderson Township store marks the fourth Greater Cincinnati area store for Fresh Thyme.  EricAbroms of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group is exclusively representing Fresh Thyme in their expansion in Greater Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus, OH.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change now open in Eastgate

Valvoline Instant Oil Change opened its bay doors to the public on Saturday, August 13^th in Eastgate, eastern Cincinnati’s premier retail trade area.  The new 2-bay facility is located at 820 Eastgate North Drive in front of Hobby Lobby.  Scott Saddlemire of Cincinnati-based OnSite Retail Group, LLC represented Valvoline in the transaction.  The new opening marks the 27^th Greater Cincinnati-area location for Lexington, KY-based Valvoline.  Valvoline Instant Oil Change is looking to add additional locations in Greater Cincinnati and Dayton, OH with representation by OnSite Retail Group.  For more information or to submit a potential site, please contact Scott Saddlemire (scott@OnSiteRetailGroup.com) or Jeff Smith (jeff@OnSiteRetailGroup.com) at OnSite Retail Group.

Dollar Tree growing in Florence, KY

Columbus Business First: Stores begin opening at Shoppes at East Broad

Dan Eaton, staff reporter at Columbus Business First, reported on Thursday, August 4 that retailers are beginning to open their stores at Shoppes at East Broad, including two retailers represented by OnSite Retail Group, LLC. Already open is the new 10,000 square-foot Dollar Tree store. Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group represented Dollar Tree in the transaction.

Another OnSite Retail Group client, TJ Maxx, is expected to open in the next 30 days. OnSite Retail Group’s Eric Abroms and Scott Saddlemire represented TJ Maxx in the transaction that will relocate TJ Maxx’s existing store in Reynoldsburg on East Main Street.
