Kaitlin Schroeder, Staff Reporter at Dayton Business Journal,
reported today that Kay Jewelers is planning a new 2,100-square-foot store at
Englewood Gateway Center in Englewood, OH, a northwestern suburb of
Dayton. The landlord was represented in the transaction by AndrewFeinblatt of OnSite Retail Group, based in Cincinnati. Feinblatt has also
been responsible for all of the marketing and leasing of Englewood Gateway
Center, which is anchored by Aldi grocery and Dollar Tree.
