GNC signs lease at Parkside in Frankfort, KY

GeneralNutrition Corporation (GNC) will be opening a new store in phase two of the Parkside development in Frankfort, KY.  Parkside is being developed by Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison & Company.  Andrew Feinblatt of Cincinnati-based OnSiteRetail Group represented GNC in the new lease of 1,400 square feet.

OnSite Retail Group represents developer in Glenway Avenue acquisition, redevelopment

Andrew Feinblatt and Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group represented Nashville, TN-based developer, Baker Storey McDonald Properties in the acquisition of 6115 Glenway Avenue in Westwood.  The .67-acre site, located at the northwest corner of Glenway Avenue & Werk Road, is one of the highest profile properties along Glenway Avenue in the Western Hills regional trade area.  The northern portion of the site will be redeveloped.  Demolition is currently underway to clear the site for construction of a new 4,800 square foot store for Mattress Warehouse, also an OnSite Retail Group client represented by Feinblatt and Saddlemire.

OnSite Retail Group completes deal for GameStop in Columbus, OH

Andrew Feinblatt of Cincinnati-based OnSite Retail Group recently represented GameStop in the completion of a new lease in Columbus, OH.  GameStop will be leasing 1,200 square feet in Sawmill Square, owned by Casto.  The new store, located in Sawmill Square at the southeast corner of Sawmill Road and Saltergate Drive, will soon open in a redeveloped shopping center to be anchored by Walmart Supercenter.

The Silver Diva moves to 9797 Montgomery Rd. retail center

Joshua Rothstein of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite RetailGroup recently negotiated a new lease on behalf of the property owner Rath & Schutte Group, in the 9797 Montgomery Road retail center, with The SilverDiva LLC, a jewelry design studio.  The Silver Diva, relocating from Royal Point Plaza in Symmes Twp., leased 1,675 square feet in the retail center located in the heart of Montgomery, OH. 

The Silver Diva has been in business doing hand stamping of jewelry since 2009.  The Silver Diva is now open - operating hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.  The Silver Diva is a jewelry design studio where customers can buy a piece of jewelry that is hand-stamped by the store’s experts, order a personalized piece, or learn how to hand-stamp their own. The art of hand stamping involves striking metal with steel stamps to create letters, words and designs.  No experience is necessary and anyone age 6 and up may participate.  The studio has a large space to host birthday parties, girl's night out, fundraisers, team building events, bridal and baby showers, or simply to relieve some stress with a hammer and have fun making jewelry. Blaze Pizza firing-up first Cincinnati-area restaurant in Deerfield Twp.

Blaze Pizza, known for its “exceptional quality at freakishly fast speed”, has signed a 10-year lease for 2,500 square feet at Deerfield Pointe at 9341 Mason-Montgomery Road in Deerfield Township in northeastern Cincinnati. 

Blaze Pizza’s unique process starts with fresh, made-from-scratch dough pressed out in a special, proprietary machine.  The dough is then placed on a wooden pizza peel and at the assembly line, Blaze’s guests may choose from over 40 fresh ingredients to load onto their pie.  And after only 3 minutes in their super-hot oven the pizza is crisp and baked to perfection. 

The deal marks the first for Blaze Pizza restaurant in the Cincinnati area, and the first in Ohio.  The Pasadena, CA–based chain is currently operating 11 restaurants in 5 states, and plans are in place to add 15 more restaurants to that count by the end of 2014. Kristine Davidson of Cincinnati-OH based OnSite Retail Group brokered the deal on behalf of Blaze Pizza, and is exclusively representing the company in their Greater Cincinnati area expansion efforts.
