Dayton Business Journal reports Fresh Thyme Farmers Market to open in Sugarcreek Twp.

Olivia Barrow, Staff Reporter for the Dayton Business Journal, reported on January 22^nd that OnSite Retail Group client, Fresh Thyme Farmers Market plans to open its first store in the Dayton region on Feedwire Road in Sugarcreek Township.  Fresh Thyme was represented by Eric Abroms, Principal and Broker of  OnSite Retail Group, LLC, based in Cincinnati.

Sacksteder’s Interiors returning to Montgomery

Following a 5-year run in O’Bryonville, Sacksteder’sInteriors will soon be returning to the affluent community of Montgomery, in northeast Cincinnati.  Joshua Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group recently represented Rath & Schutte Group, the owners of the retail center located at 9797 Montgomery Road in Montgomery, OH, conveniently located in the heart of Montgomery in front of the popular Carlo & Johnny restaurant.  Sacksteder’s had outgrown its O’Bryonville store, which prompted the move.  The new 3,150 square foot store is expected to open in February.  Sacksteder’s Interiors has been in business for 26 years, starting in New Trenton, Indiana where the company still operates its original store. 

Colerain Hills Shopping Center to be leased by OnSite Retail Group

Joshua Rothstein & Kristine Davidson of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group have been hired to handle the leasing of the Walmart Supercenter-anchored shopping center known as Colerain Hills Shopping Center in Colerain Township, on Cincinnati’s northwestern side.

The 312,334 square foot retail center 8403 Colerain Avenue at is owned by Columbus, OH-based  Schottenstein Property Group.  Other notable tenants include Staples, Buffalo Wild Wings and Radio Shack.  Several spaces are available for lease between 2,814 and 7,654 square feet. 

OnSite Retail Group to handle retail leasing of Oxford, OH redevelopment

Cincinnati-based Onsite Retail Group has been hired to market and lease the recently announced redevelopment of the former Walmart property at 419 S. Locust Street in Oxford, OH.  The project will be spearheaded by Robert Fiorita, Jr., a Columbus, OH-based architect and developer, and his company RENVC Oxford Commercial, LLC.  Fiorita, Jr. is also a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH.  Marketing and leasing will be handled by Josh Rothstein and Kristine Davidson of OnSite Retail Group.

The new development has been named Bishop Square, and will feature 22,500 square feet of retail space in the mixed-use development that will have housing, office and retail.  Fiorita, Jr. is planning a 68 unit/272 bed facility which many students will call home in the Fall of 2015.  In addition to the retail space and student housing, the site will also house the 25,000 square foot relocation of Oxford’s Lane Library, plus two outparcels along Locust Street that could accommodate restaurants.

As reported on December 23^rd by Mike Troy of Retailing Today, Michaels will look to go public in 2014 as the 1,259-unit retailer looks to capitalize on its untapped potential to grow the chain.

OnSite Retail Group represents Fusion MMA is new lease

Fusion MMA, which specializes in mixed-martial arts fitness classes and personal training, opened in its new, permanent home in Norwood on November 11^th.  Fusion MMA’s new 2,600 square foot training studio at 3850 Montgomery Road in Norwood, Ohio sits across the street from Xavier University’s new 15-acre mixed-use project, University Station, and they’re looking forward to attracting plenty of Xavier students to take advantage of their offerings.  Classes at Fusion Mixed Martial Arts are intended for people of all sizes, shapes, ages and experience levels.  Joshua Rothstein of Cincinnati-based OnSite Retail Group represented Fusion MMA in the transaction.
