City Barbeque is set to open its new Blue Ash location on July 28.
Located at 10375 Kenwood Road in the former Rombes restaurant location, it will be the sixth Cincinnati area outpost of the restaurant.
The menu will be the same as other locations, where pulled pork and beef brisket, which is smoked for 18 hours, are best-sellers, according to City Barbeque partner and director Monti Tarmey.
Brisket sandwiches will be on the menu at the new City Barbeque location in Blue Ash.
“We’re quality-driven; we make everything fresh daily,” he said. “We have no microwaves in the building; everything is cooked the old-fashioned way. It’s cooked how Grandma used to cook it.”
Also popular are “Rib Bone Tuesdays,” when guest can buy ribs for $1.15 a piece, he said.
Designed to be “customer friendly,” according to Tarmey, the 3,300-square-foot restaurant will seat 80 indoors, with space for an additional 65 on the outdoor patio.
Hours of operation will be 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
Online ordering and a rewards program are available online at www.citybbq.com, and the restaurant can be reached at 513-257-0362.
