March 2012
Andrew Feinblatt of OnSite Retail Group just completed a series of transactions on Colerain Avenue that will soon result in the opening of a new 6,200 square foot retail building in northwest Cincinnati’s Colerain Township. Feinblatt’s first transaction was in representing Baker Storey McDonald on the purchase of a former bank branch from PNC Bank at 9850 Colerain Avenue, just across the street from Stone Creek Town Center. Prior to Baker Storey McDonald’s closing on the purchase of the property, Feinblatt secured the necessary leases to completely fill the building. The three tenants lined-up for the building are Aspen Dental, JS Gold & Coin and GNC, who is also an OnSite Retail Group client represented by Feinblatt. Construction of the new building has commenced, and the new tenants are expecting to open in July. Baker Storey McDonald Properties, Inc. is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Baker Storey McDonald serves the retail real estate community throughout the central southern states of the U.S. providing tenant representation, project leasing, property management, development and investment services. In addition to the services that Baker Storey McDonald Properties provide its clients, the firm acquires retail-use real estate in target markets in the southeast U.S.
