Kristine Davidson of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group represented Dollar Tree in
two recent transactions in Ohio. On the
far west side of Cincinnati in Harrison, Ohio, Davidson negotiated a new lease
for Dollar Tree in 12,000 square feet at Harrison Center. The new store at 10521 Harrison Avenue opened
in June.
About 125
miles east of Harrison in Logan, Ohio, Davidson negotiated an expansion of the
Dollar Tree store at Logan Commons. The
new store, set to open at the end of August at 12900 State Route 664 is
expanding from 5,000 square feet to 8,000 square feet. Dollar
