Olivia Barrow of the Dayton Business Journal reports Pet
Supplies Plus will open their third store in the Dayton market at 3320 Pentagon
Blvd. in the Fairfield Crossing shopping center in Beavercreek, OH next to
Walmart Supercenter. Livonia, MI-based Pet Supplies Plus is a privately
held company with over 250 stores in 23 states.
Scott Saddlemire of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite RetailGroup, LLC handles the local real estate representation for Pet Supplies Plus
in the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio areas in cooperation with Pet
Supplies Plus master broker, Brian Kerr, of Pittsburgh, PA-based Langholz
Wilson Ellis.
