Josh Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group recently brokered
the sale of the property located at 8921 Reading Road in Reading, OH in north
central Cincinnati. Rothstein
represented Ridgeland Properties, LLC, the buyer, in a transaction to
facilitate the relocation of wedding cake specialist, Tres Belles Cakes &
Coffee Shop, currently located at 400 W. Benson Street in Reading. Tres Belle Cakes & Coffee Shop is
expected to open in the new location by the end of 2015.
