Buffalo Wild
Wings was looking to improve its position in the Polaris market in northern
Columbus, OH and Eric M. Abroms of OnSite Retail Group found the solution at
Westar Towne Center.
Buffalo Wild Wings, the Minneapolis, MN-based restaurant chain, recently signed a lease with
Westar Neighborhood Retail Center, LLC for the construction of a new 6,000
square foot freestanding restaurant.
Buffalo Wild Wings seized the opportunity to move from a nearby endcap
space to a new freestanding prototype restaurant at 807 Polaris Parkway. Westar Towne Center is a new retail center
anchored by another OnSite Retail Group client, Fresh Thyme Farmers
Market. Buffalo Wild Wings, founded in
Columbus in 1982, operates 13 restaurants in the Greater Columbus market, and more
than 1,120 Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants in the United States, Canada, Mexico,
the United Arab Emirates and the Philippines.
