Scott Saddlemire of OnSite Retail Group recently brokered a
deal to bring a new Pet Supplies Plus store to Expressway Plaza in Ft.
Mitchell, KY. Edgewood, KY-based Pet Supplies Plus franchisee, Jocko
Enterprises, Inc., signed a lease with Expressway Plaza, LLC on a 10,000 square
foot space in the Kroger Marketplace-anchored shopping center located at Dixie
Highway and I-75 in Ft. Mitchell, a northern Kentucky suburb of Cincinnati.
The new store, expected to open in late 2015, will be the
first Pet Supplies Plus store for Jocko Enterprises and the seventh overall for
Pet Supplies Plus in the Greater Cincinnati area. Livonia, MI-based Pet
Supplies Plus is a privately held company with 300 stores in 23 states.
