for the Journal-News reported today on the planned extension of Civic Center
Boulevard in West Chester, OH which will connect the Streets of West Chester
development south to Allen Road to help accommodate and facilitate commercial
growth. The roadway improvements will directly serve the 10-acre site
currently being marketed for restaurants and retailers by Eric Abroms and JoshRothstein of OnSite Retail Group.
