OnSite Retail Group is pleased to announce the addition of
Planet Fitness to The Crossings at Gunn Eden shopping center in Hamilton,
OH. Earlier this month, Planet Fitness signed a long term lease for
23,884 square feet in the retail center anchored by Hobby Lobby. Joshua Rothstein & Scott Saddlemire of Cincinnati, OH-based OnSite Retail Group,
LLC represented the owner in the transaction, Champion Crossings Real Estate
Holdings, LLC. Planet Fitness has not yet announced an opening date, but
the new fitness club at 702 NW Washington Blvd. is expected to open to members
in early 2015.
