Reporter at Cincinnati Business Courier, reported today on the new Cincy Shirts
location coming to 2709 Observatory Avenue. The new lease was brokered by
Joshua Rothstein of OnSite Retail Group based in Blue Ash, OH. Rothstein
represented the landlord, Aristo Properties BV, an entity controlled by Uptown
Rental Properties. Cincy shirts will occupy a 1,622 square-foot
space.
