represented Dollar Tree in a transaction that will bring a new Dollar Tree
store to the River’s Edge Shopping Center in Milford, OH. Dollar Tree
purchased a 1.16 acre parcel of land next-door to PetSmart and across the
street from Target. Headquartered in Chesapeake, VA, Dollar Tree is the
largest and most successful single-price-point retailer in North America,
operating stores across the 48 contiguous U.S. states and five Canadian
