Andre Hopwood’s success in his first restaurant has paved
the way for a move. Hopwood’s Conscious Kitchen will soon be serving-up
its delicious creations in the Vine Street Flats building on Short Vine Street
in Corryville, less than 2 miles north of downtown Cincinnati. As stated
on the restaurant’s website, “Conscious Kitchen is more than a restaurant, it’s
a community of all walks of life driven to provide healthy, quality, delicious
food.” Joshua Rothstein of Blue Ash, OH-based OnSite Retail Group, LLC
brokered the new lease on behalf of Vine Street Flats’ owner, Uptown Rental Properties,
LLC. Conscious Kitchen is expected to open this spring in the 1,300
square-foot space at 2912 Vine Street, just two blocks east of the University
of Cincinnati. Conscious Kitchen is currently located at 2516 Clifton
Avenue.
The new location on Short Vine Street will be a great
improvement for Conscious Kitchen, providing improved accommodations for the
restaurant, closer proximity to the workers in the numerous hospitals in
Corryville, and it places the popular restaurant in the midst of the resurgence
happening on Short Vine Street. In addition, Kroger’s highly-anticipated
new store will be opening soon in the neighborhood, and the opening of the new
I-71 interchange at Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard will increase traffic and
accessibility to Short Vine. Please visit the restaurant’s website at http://www.consciouskitchencincinnati.com/
