Daily News, reported on February 21st that Firehouse Subs, last
month proclaimed “America’s Favorite” chain restaurant in a national survey,
plans to open two new Dayton-area restaurants. One of the new restaurants
will be opening in April at the new Englewood Gateway retail center at 1128 S.
Main St. (OH 48) just north of I-70 in Englewood, OH. The other location
will be in Centerville. The developer and landlord for Englewood Gateway
was represented in the transaction by Andrew Feinblatt of OnSite Retail Group,
based in Cincinnati. Feinblatt has also been responsible for all of the
marketing and leasing of Englewood Gateway Center, which is anchored by Aldi
grocery and Dollar Tree.
